The Piotto Vogts completed the Rally dos Sertões - known as one of the toughest events in South America – in their factory-specification Porsche.

Nasser Al Attiyah has five Dakar Rally victories to his name. Add to that 19 Middle East Rally titles, a Production and WRC-2 title and two World Rally Raid championships, and it is clear that he knows how to pummel down a dirt track.

While many of the 2,500 Porsche 911 Dakars made will spend pampered lives in private collections one car has been driven just as it was designed – on an epic adventure from Vietnam to the Gobi Desert and back.
