Porsche and Puma craft the perfect driving shoes for 911 lovers

To mark 60 years of the iconic 911 Porsche has partnered with Puma on a pair (make that two pairs) of celebratory driving shoes.

If it’s the latest Elfer that you love then its the Heritage sneaker that you’ll want to dip your toes into. Inspired by the latest 911 S/T it comes in a combination of grey leather with cognac brown lining, with red and black laces and heel trim. The Porsche logo and the number 63 (in reference to the year the 911 made its debut) are picked out on the heel and there’s a woven badge on the tongue. Only 1,963 pairs will be made, with each individually numbered.

The Retro sneaker, meanwhile, has a more classic look and is said to mimic the silhouette of the 1927 Porsche 911 S. The Light Blue hue echoes that original car, while it wears a number 56 on the heel. There’s also a 60 years of Porsche 911 logo on the tongue. Production is limited to 1,972 pairs.

Both shoes will be available from shop.porsche.com on September 6 and from puma.comtember 14. You’ll need to be turbo fast if you want a pair.
