Comedians in Cars Getting Frightened: World's Most Dangerous Roads Returns
Another crew of comics has volunteered to tackle treacherous tracks, mountain passes and arid deserts as World’s Most Dangerous Roads is back for a new season.
The premise of the show is simple: stick some funny people in a car, send them off on an adventure to challenge their navigation and driving skills – and their nerves.
Now in its fifth season, the show, which airs on Dave on February 18, has previously dispatched funny men and women to Detour favourites including Bolivia’s Death Road, Turkey’s Derabasi Turns and Morocco’s Dades Gorge.
Those attempting to conquer their fears and the perilous routes this season include Rhod Gilbert and Angela Barnes, Seann Walsh and Joe Swash, Chris Kamara and Jeff Stelling, Mike Wozniak and Ola Labib, David Harewood and Fraser James, Desiree Burch and Jessica Fostekew, Jamali Maddix and Larry Dean, Olga Koch and Thanyia Moore.
Their adventures will take them to Sri Lanka, Guatemala, Italy, Namibia, Slovenia, America, Bhutan and Bulgaria, on roads with such terrifying names as The Devil’s Staircase, over mad mountain passes and through jungle tracks.
Start streaming World’s Most Dangerous Roads on UKTV from 18 February or you can catch up on previous episodes now.
