This Hollywood hotel offers rooms and vrooms with classic cars

The Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, California is offering guests the chance to cruise around in a pair of classic cars as part of their stay.

The 1969 Ford Torino GT and 1968 Mercedes-Benz 280SL will let LA LA Land visitors explore Hollywood’s hotspots or motor along the Mulholland Highway. What could be cooler than dropping the top of one of these convertibles and cruising the coast?

“I’ve always loved vintage architecture and cars, and have thought about how cool would it be to marry the two,” Sunset Tower Hotel’s Jeff Klein told The Hollywood Reporter. “What if guests could experience a kind of fantasy, a throwback to a different era, as they pull up to the iconic art deco hotel in an automobile from the last century.”

The hotel’s partnership with Hollywood Classic Cars provides discount on classic car hire and free valet parking at the Sunset Tower for an extra star-studded experience.
