The survey revealed that Scotland’s North Coast 500 was the most popular road trip, taking 68% of the vote. The Coastal Way in Wales came in second and The Jurassic Coast was third. 4160 Tuesdays was then tasked with created smells reminiscent of each route, along with Cheddar Gorge.

The resulting air fresheners have been given pun-tastic names and are available for free at the UK’s Dacia dealers for a limited time.

Scent-sational Highlands (North Coast 500, Scotland), combines the scent of earth and sea with pine trees and wild raspberries, with subtle notes of haggis; The Coastal Whiff (The Coastal Way, Wales) has a seashore aroma with extra added daffodils, and a faint undertone of brine; The Jura-scent Coast (The Jurassic Coast, England) mixes seashore plus ancient fossils and ice cream and Eau de Gorge-ous (The Cheddar Gorge, England) evokes moss, rocks, thyme, geranium and grass, with gentle hints of cheddar cheese.
