Vantage World Tour Zips Through New Zealand
Detourist duo Phil and Will Churchill have completed the New Zealand leg of their incredible Vantage World Tour.
The British father and son have now driven their Aston Martin Vantage more than 18,000 miles across 15 countries, which means they’re around half-way through their global adventure.
The ultimate family road trip began in London in February 2023 and the Churchills have been globe-trotting in two-week stints that coincide with Will’s university holidays. Along the way the Churchills have been raising money for mental health charity the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and have so far generated more than £30,000 for the charity. The duo got to put their Aston Martin through its paces at the Highlands Motorsport Park before continuing to Bluff, the southernmost town in New Zealand. In all the pair covered 1,600 memorable miles in New Zealand.
Their next stop is Australia where the Churchills will drive 2,400 miles from Sydney to Perth. We’ll keep you posted on their progress.
